A quirky property, fairly clean, ideal location for Canterbury as it's within walking distance of Canterbury West train station.

Cosy hotel, my first choice in Canterbury. Brand-new place to stay after the tiring trip. Stylish building, large bedroom. The facilities were super and easy to use. Great stay in this great area. Food in the downstairs bar was gorgeous.
The staff was insufficient.

The atmosphere was cosy, ideal place for for a short stay. I loved the cosy double room and had a really lovely stay. The full English breakfast was freshly prepared with lots of food. Very central location, just a short walk away from Conquest House Gallery.

The stuff was attentive and the service was exceptional, so it was lovely stay. Very nice area, very central location very close to the Marlowe theatre, the local pub. A historic gothic-style cathedral was also easy to reach.

The property was spotlessly clean and popular and the location was prime. Breakfast was hot - plenty of food and alcoholic drinks. I loved that room was generous sized and nice small. Welcoming staff, were more than helpful with advice about anything. Easy check-in and marvellous customer service.

The hotel was traditional, as you can expect from Canterbury. Everything created a perfect atmosphere. We enjoyed the fact that there were an electronic key card, a multi-channel TV and a clothes-hanging unit in the room. The venue stood in a central location;))

The breakfast was EXCELLENT & parking was on-site. An electronic key card and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were appreciated. Adjacent to the downtown, 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel itself was an ideal option. Staff took care of the awesome service. We liked rooms and service, no complaints. Located 200 metres from the venue, The Refectory was a good choice to eat.
